The Role As a Learning Support Assistant you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with additional learning needs Assist in adapting class materials to improve accessibility Support students in maintaining focus, engagement and positive behaviour Help deliver targeted intervention sessions in literacy or numeracy Work collaboratively with class teachers and the SENCO to monitor progress Build positive relationships that promote confidence and independence You will work across subjects and year groups, supporting both academic and social development.
