She is very close to me as she was a rescue dog. I have had her for 1 year. When we had her my husband was still alive but he died at the end of December last year so she sticks like glue to me now. She will eat dog food but likes chicken or ham mixed with it. She has 3 gravy bones in an evening and 1 duck chew with one calming tablet and one flea prevention tablet in a morning after her walk. She comes to bed with me at night but usually wakes me at around 7 am to go for a wee.
