Job Description
Our Client is seeking compassionate and motivated Team Leaders to join our dedicated team based in the Strabane area, providing holistic, person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism and associated mental health needs. You will play a vital role in supporting people to live meaningful, independent lives; ensuring their dignity, rights, and individuality are respected at all times.
This will be a permanent post requiring full time hours (Monday-Sunday) on shift rotation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide holistic day-to-day support in line with individual needs assessments.
2. Deliver person-centred, empowering care that promotes independence and self-determination.
3. Assist with all aspects of personal care, maintaining respect, privacy and dignity.
