Shape the Future of Healthcare: Programme Manager – Hospital Redevelopment
This role is an important Programme Manager position within a dynamic PMO, supporting the redevelopment of Hillingdon Hospital, a project at the forefront of healthcare transformation. You will be central to one of the Trust’s most ambitious ventures, working to deliver an innovative hospital scheme that will redefine services for patients, staff, and the wider community.
Hillingdon Hospital stands out as the only wave 1 hospital redevelopment in London under the Government’s New Hospital Programme, a nationally prioritised initiative. As Programme Manager, you will help deliver a state‑of‑the‑art facility for the local population, playing a key role in a high‑profile capital programme recognised at both local and national levels.
Bringing proven experience and expertise as a programme and/or project manager, you will join the Redevelopment PMO team and work closely with a range of workstreams to drive forward a scheme that will deliver transformation for patients, staff, and the local community.
If you thrive in fast‑paced environments and have experience managing major capital projects that have a direct impact on patient care, this role offers exceptional scope for professional growth and achievement. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team making history, where your leadership, experience, and drive will make a meaningful difference.
As a key member of the Redevelopment PMO, you will help maintain robust governance arrangements; support the development and monitoring of programme and project plans and ensure that essential programme documentation is maintained to an exceptional standard. You will also play an active role in embedding a continuous improvement and lessons‑learned culture, helping the programme mature and strengthen as it moves forward.
