This role is the engine behind that.
The opportunity
We are looking for someone to own our community programming and the people that make it happen across all clubs. You will recruit and manage our coaches, club activators, club ambassadors and club influencers remotely, and you will build a consistent events and sessions calendar that drives participation, retention and vibe. You will work closely with our marketing team to make sure everything we run is marketed properly and fills.

What you will be responsible for:
* Recruiting, onboarding and managing coaches, activators, ambassadors and influencers across all clubs
* Building and maintaining a clear pipeline of candidates and a live tracker of status, costs, and responsibilities per club
* Creating and owning a rolling events and sessions calendar per club, aligned to seasonal themes and national campaigns
* Ensuring events and sessions are staffed correctly, run smoothly, and deliver the standard we expect
* Driving participation, not just activity, everything should have a purpose and a target
* Working with marketing to ensure every event has a simple promo plan and a simple content capture plan
* Being on site regularly for meet and greets, launches, priority events, and to maintain standards

Every club has a consistent weekly rhythm that members can rely on
Events fill, the community grows, and the atmosphere improves month on month
Everything is planned, booked in and set up correctly for members and newbies to join easily and communicated correctly
Marketing never has to chase for event details, the machine runs
Minimum requirements
* 3+ years experience in a community, events, sport development, leisure, fitness, or multi site operations role where you owned programming and delivery
* Experience recruiting, managing, or coordinating a team of coaches, instructors, activators, or ambassadors (formal or informal)
* Strong operational skills, you can run calendars, pipelines, trackers, and follow ups without dropping balls
* Willingness to travel regularly across the UK, including occasional evenings and weekends
* Full UK driving licence
* Confident communicator across WhatsApp, phone, email, and in person
* Comfortable being accountable to KPIs such as attendance, retention, and utilisation
Location
UK, remote with regular travel to our clubs (and some evenings and weekends when events need you)
Strongly preferred
* Multi site experience (even if it was only 2 to 3 locations)
* Experience in padel, tennis, gyms, studios, group exercise Playtomic sport participation programmes
* Comfortable using booking systems
* A strong instinct for premium brand standards, how things should feel, not just what happens
Package
Competitive salary depending on experience, plus performance bonus
Entry into the company EMI Scheme after a successful 12 months in the business
