What You'll Be Doing: Performing planned and preventative maintenance on machinery and mechanical systems Diagnosing and repairing faults on conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves, and related components Supporting breakdown response and root cause analysis to minimise downtime Working with hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical awareness where required Collaborating with a proactive, team-focused maintenance department What We're Looking For: NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering (or similar mechanical qualification) Proven hands-on experience in a manufacturing or FMCG setting Solid mechanical fault-finding and repair skills Experience working on gearboxes, belts, bearings, valves, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems A motivated, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that invests in its people and provides a clear path for career development.
