Role: Customer Care Advisor

Location: Thorpe Park, Leeds, LS15 8GB (with hybrid working when competent)

Salary: from £25,350 per annum plus extensive benefits & development structure

Contract type: Permanent

As Part Of The Recruitment Process, Candidates Will Be Invited To Attend An Assessment Center At Thorpe Park On One Of The Following Dates

* Wednesday, 11th June 2025 at 10:00 AM

Please ensure your availability for one of these sessions if you wish to proceed with the application.

Working hours: During training - Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.00pm. On completion of training the hours will be working between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, with one in 4 Saturday mornings (8.30am-1pm)

What you’ll be doing?

* Assisting customers with a wide range of enquiries regarding their accounts and orders
* Collaborating with key teams across the business (Surgery, Dispensing, Dispatch & Pharmacist teams) and taking ownership of customer issues to see them through to full resolution
* Calling new customers to welcome them to the service and get all the necessary information to allow us to deliver a fantastic service
* Accurately administrating customer account details using our core systems (CDB) & (Sprinklr) as well as Excel and Outlook
* Responding to customer enquiries across several platforms (Telephone calls, e-mails, Live Chat & social media)
* Working a variety of back-office processes to deliver our services
* Ensuring that workplace remains fun, relaxed, and friendly!

Who are we looking for?

* Excellent customer care skills and happy to deal with high volumes of calls
* Numerate and IT literate (used IT systems/MS office suite and is quick to learn)
* Demonstrate drive, initiative, and proactivity in role
* Proven ability to work both as part of a bigger team and individually
* Happy to work in a busy call centre environment
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Display a high level of accuracy
* Experience of working in a pressured environment, delivering against tight deadlines
