Join Our Kitchen Team as a Sous Chef
We love real cooking — fresh, customer-led, and high-quality. As Sous Chef, you'll be the Head Chef's support, leading and engaging the kitchen team to deliver 14 great shifts each week.
1. Lead shifts, ensuring the kitchen operates effectively and safely.
2. Oversee stocks, Health & Safety, Hygiene, and pass operations to ensure on-spec, on-time food delivery while maintaining 5-star kitchen standards.

What You'll Bring
* Experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager seeking career growth
* Experience working with fresh ingredients and strong kitchen skills (food prep, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene)
* Proactive work ethic, leading from the front to uphold high standards
* Driven and relentless in overcoming challenges
* Familiarity with KPIs, decision-making in absence of Head Chef, labour, stock, and food safety management
* Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and rapport building
* Knowledge of rota scheduling, sales, labour forecasting, reporting, recruitment, and HR
* Experience in training and recruiting kitchen staff, including apprentices and junior chefs
