Are you a skilled and qualified Service, Senior, Diagnostic, or Master Technician? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Howards Group. You will be working at one of our exceptional sites in Weston super Mare.
We are offering a realistic earning opportunity of between £36,280 and £47,035 depending upon skills and experience. This is based on a 42 hour working week and includes the average performance bonuses our teams are earning, the reality is that the opportunity is uncapped.
For a limited time only, you will also receive a £1,000 joining fee, after completion of 3 months service with the business.
The salaries we are offering are dependant upon experience and accreditation, with our averages combining basic and bonus below:
* Franchise Technician - £36,280
* Diagnostic Technician - £39,430
* Dual Brand Diagnostic Technician - £41,185
* Master Technician - £44,720
* Dual Brand Master Technician - £47,035

Who Are We Looking For?
* Qualified Technicians: With relevant formal qualifications (IMI/City & Guilds or equivalent).
* Excellent Communicator: Great communication skills to explain technical information accurately and concisely.
* Customer-Focused: Prioritise customer experience and safety throughout the service and repair process.
* Team Player: Collaborate with other technicians during peak periods and take ownership of safety issues identified in the workshop.
