Learning & Development Co-ordinator – Cooper Parry
Join as a Learning & Development Co-ordinator in Derby to design and deliver learning solutions that support the People team and business growth.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate internal and external training logistics, including venues, invites, materials, and trainer management.
* Support the delivery of coaching, mentoring, and director development programmes.
* Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) use and troubleshoot user queries.
* Drive LMS engagement through in-person sessions across UK hubs.
* Analyse training feedback to improve learning offerings and prepare monthly reports and communication decks.
* Provide administrative support for learning initiatives and liaise with external providers.
Qualifications
* Experience with LMS (Docebo preferred) and e‑learning tools such as Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team player with a sense of humour.
* Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and demonstrate continuous improvement mindset.
* Willingness to travel across the UK, including overnight stays.
