About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional Stock Condition Surveyor to join our growing team in the South West England and Avon. This is a full‑time employed position offering the opportunity to work on a variety of residential projects, delivering high‑quality assessments and surveys.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out Stock Condition Surveys across residential properties
* Maintain accurate data collection and reporting standards
* Engage professionally with residents, clients, and colleagues
* Ensure all work meets quality and compliance standards
* Level 3 Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment (DEA)
* Level 4 in Building Surveying/Building Maintenance
* Full Clean Driver’s License
* DBS checked or willing to undergo a DBS check
* Level 3 or 4 Award in Retrofit Assessment (e.g. ABBE)
* Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency Measures for Older and Traditional Buildings
* Experience in Stock Condition Surveys
