Our well established client is looking for an experienced customer service focused Operations Manager to oversea all of their business/sales operations/back office functions - including supply chain, procurement, sales order management, inventory management and pricing, contract and tender processes. Sustainability and stakeholder management, whilst managing and developing a small family feel team. To apply you will; Have strong commercial acumen and data analysis skills Be experienced in adhering to pharmacovigilance SOPs Be an advanced user of SAP or similar and MS Office Have experience managing pricing & contracts systems and CRMs Be easy to approach - communicating at all levels, Finance, Warehouse, Sales, Quality Assurance, and International Contacts Be adaptable and hands on with the team when required This is a key position pivotal to the success of the business, it includes extensive departmental liaison, presenting data-driven insights at board level and heading up new project processes. You will be working full time hours Monday to Friday 8.30-5.00, with a minimum of 1 day a week in the Oxford based office. Flexibility is required when there are important visitors, and also during initial training period, as building a tight close nit relationship with the team is really important to our client. There will also be UK travel 2-4 times a year, for audit and team meetings.
