Job Description
Working within the, at, we are looking for a [Job Title] to provide technical services and support to customers and colleagues regarding ZEISS products and solutions.
This customer-facing role takes responsibility for servicing, maintaining, and installing Zeiss’s range of medical technology.
1. Repairing, installing, and servicing ZEISS medical technology equipment and software solutions
2. Accurately diagnosing and resolving technical issues relating to ZEISS equipment and software applications
3. Delivering remote service to diagnose or repair
4. Diagnosing and resolving technical issues relating to IT networks, servers, cloud-based technologies, and solutions
5. Providing technical support to colleagues and customers
6. Communicating effectively with 2nd level support to ensure issues are reported effectively and resolved quickly, sharing knowledge with 2nd level and local engineers
