Lawyers Online is a specialist law firm based in London and the Cotswolds offering property legal advice across the United Kingdom. We work with every lender and are familiar with all their particular procedures and documentation requiring witnessing, signing and certifying.
Role Description
We are looking for a solicitor to provide independent legal advice for property transactions. The successful candidate will be adept at using Zoom for meetings via our automated booking system and have a certain level of IT competence.
Types of Independent Legal Advice
Residential and Commercial property, including buy-to-let portfolios, bridging and development loans that require a solicitor’s certification. This includes director’s guarantees, JBSP’s, TR1’s, ID1s & ID5’s and commercial transactions such as cross guarantees and deeds of subordination.
Role Particulars
Full time On Site: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Salary: £45k-£55k
Holidays: 4 weeks
NQ + 2 ideally but not essential
Property experience preferred but not essential
