Clerical Officer/Receptionist - Integrated Reception Adults and Older People’s Services
Duration: 1x fixed‑term post for 12 months, 20 hours per week. Shift pattern: Wednesday to Friday. Salary: pro‑rata for part‑time posts.
Job Overview
The post forms part of the business support team and provides reception, clerical and administrative support to the primary/community care service team. The holder will work flexibly within agreed procedures and protocols across one or more office bases in North East Sector, including reception duties, data input, record management and general typing. The role involves frequent contact with patients, members of the public and staff, as well as records officers across NHSGGC and other board areas. Courteous and professional conduct is required. The post holder will also support the generic functions and duties administered within the wider Business Team section as required.
