Role Overview
You’ll be part of the sales floor leadership team, supporting the store management to provide the best service to our customers. Your customer service skills are already excellent, and you’ll have enthusiasm for our products and services.
Responsibilities
1. Support the store management team to deliver excellent customer service
2. Supervise and coach team members
3. Handle key holder responsibilities, following all security and stock loss procedures

Requirements
* Experience supervising or leading a small team
* Experience delivering excellent customer service, ideally in retail or service environments
* Experience providing on-the-job training and coaching
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Track record of achieving sales targets
* Technical knowledge in motoring or cycling is a plus but not essential; training is provided
