Full-time, Permanent job vacancies
Salary £26,200
Monday-Friday
9am to or to 6pm
Our ideal candidate will have experience with Home Delivery or Transport operations.
In your new role as the Administrator:
1. Ensure vehicle and driver paperwork is completed accurately
2. Ensuring all email enquiries into the department are responded to in a timely manner
3. Organising store stock replenishments
4. Customer service, booking and answering queries.
5. Contacting other delivery depots
6. Actively monitor driver and vehicle telematics and cameras to ensure routed times are being met & no breaches are occurring when needed.
7. Assist with arranging servicing and repairs as required.
8. Responsible for department ordering/facilities.
9. Processing PO numbers for suppliers
10. Maintain and update all KPI and reporting via excel
11. To prepare vehicle route paperwork and customer notifications in line with daily processes.
12. Processing of returns
13. All other associated tasks
Who/What we are looking for:
14. Competent with Microsoft office packages and IT systems
15. Organised and strong attention to detail
16. Willingness to learn and support the team
17. Customer service
18. Strong administrative experience
19. Results driven
20. Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication
21. A willingness to learn the role of a Transport Administrator
22. Team player
23. Attention to detail
24. Ability to work to deadlines
25. Transport administrator experience, advantageous
