Who are you?
You are an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong track record of taking 0–1 products from concept to real-world impact, ideally in healthtech or similarly complex, regulated environments.
You thrive in ambiguity and are energised by building something new — shaping the problem, defining the MVP, and making pragmatic trade-offs to get value into users’ hands quickly. You’re comfortable working at the intersection of AI, voice interfaces, and operational workflows, and you’re excited by the potential of agentic systems to meaningfully change how healthcare services are delivered.
You are highly collaborative and delivery-focused, able to work day-to-day with engineers while also partnering closely with clinical, operational, design and commercial stakeholders. You know how to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business outcomes — and you can translate all three into clear product direction.
You bring credibility and empathy when working with health contexts, understanding the realities of frontline staff, legacy systems, and the importance of trust, safety, and reliability in patient-facing products. You are motivated by impact and want your work to directly improve patient experience and staff efficiency.
As a contractor, you are self-directed, outcomes-oriented, and able to move fast — taking ownership from day one and seeing the product through from early MVP to a production-ready solution that integrates into a wider product suite.

What would I be doing day to day?
One of the great things about a scale‑up is that every day is different and there is always an opportunity to get involved in something outside of your ‘BAU’!
However, the key things you could expect would include:
* Defining and developing a meaningful MVP grounded in a deep understanding of the user and client problems to solve
* Setting objectives for your product area in alignment with the company strategy
* User research, discovering and validating product opportunities using a variety of experimentation techniques
* Diving into product data and deeply understanding current product usage
* Leading a cross functional squad of engineers and designers to deliver solutions that make NHS healthcare teams more efficient, improve clinical outcomes, improve staff and patient experiences and save the NHS time and money.
* Collaborating with our transformation, commercial and marketing teams to shape the go-to-market approach and scaling for your product
OK, I’m interested. What experience do I need to have?
* You have extensive experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading cross functional squads in delivering impactful products.
* You have worked on and enjoy getting your head around complex products.
* As a generalist, you consistently define vision and strategy for your product area as well as support your squad in shipping high quality solutions.
* You are equally able to work on the optimisation of established products as well as leading on ambiguous, early‑stage product initiatives. You have worked on a variety of different products.
* You are experienced in leading on product discovery for your area and well versed in using qualitative and quantitative methods to validate and prioritise work.
* You are an excellent communicator and know how to keep your stakeholders informed and involved, providing a clear rationale for your product decisions.
* You enjoy the opportunities and challenges of working in a scale-up environment.
* Experience in healthtech required, an understanding of the NHS and experience in working on products for NHS trusts preferred.
* Experience with AI and agentic voice products preferred but not required. Keen interest in AI and agentic workflows essential.
