Overview

Brooklands Museum is seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Events Officer to support the delivery of our high-profile motoring and aviation events. * On-the-Day Event Support — Help prepare and set up event spaces, signage, and materials; provide operational support during events, troubleshooting issues as they arise; assist event staff, volunteers, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery; welcome and support clients, guests, and performers/speakers as required.
* Back-of-House Coordination — Oversee setup and breakdown processes, ensuring equipment and resources are managed effectively; support backstage logistics, deliveries, and access control; ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times; keep storage areas and event materials organised and ready for use.
