We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for our Estate Agency client based in Surrey Quays. The ideal candidate must have Administration experience in Estate Agency, and be confident using property software. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car. Benefits: Basic £30,000 - £35,000 DOE Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm Occasional Saturday cover with a day back in lieu 5 day working week Parking permit supplied Fully comprehensive training and career progression Extra days holiday for every year at the company (max 10 extra days) Responsibilities: Compile accurate property details Design eye-catching window cards Upload and manage property listings across all portals Organise marketing material, update the website, and schedule engaging social media posts Pull together sales reports, stats, and pipeline updates Take minutes in team meetings and circulate actions Carry out Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and keep compliance records up to date Provide admin support to the sales team, including early-stage sales progression Assist with marketing campaigns Possible cover at the other office location Key Skills: Previous Administration experience in estate agency is essential Confident using property software (Streets, Reapit, Jupix, Alto, or similar) Marketing software Spectre experience would be a bonus Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office and and social media platforms Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail Professional attitude Excellent communication skills The ability to build good relationships with clients, colleagues, and solicitors Proactive and resourceful Must hold full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car Additional Company Information: Our client is a well-established estate agency that has built its success on trust, honesty, and genuine local knowledge, who takes pride in offering a refreshingly down-to-earth approach, guiding clients with care and making every move personal.
