South Africa Lodge is a 99-bedded service providing high quality care across 6 specialised units supporting residents with varying complex care as well as providing a comfortable and safe living environment. Our approach focuses on individualised care, considering the whole person and their unique challenges, rather than just the diagnosis. We are currently rated GOOD with CQC. What do you need? Minimum of 1 years' experience working in Care within the UK (essential) Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families A caring and empathetic approach to residents and their visitors Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) What hours will you work? Total average of 38.5 hours worked per week What will you be doing?
