What You’ll Do
5. Assist senior designers in crafting cohesive ladieswear ranges across multiple product categories
6. Transform concepts into sketches, CADs, and detailed tech packs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
7. Research seasonal trends and competitors to inform direction and innovation
8. Maintain organized design files, tech packs, and presentations that keep projects on track
9. Liaise with offshore manufacturing and merchandising teams to meet deadlines and budgets
What We’re Looking For
10. A degree in Fashion Design (or equivalent hands-on industry experience)
11. Experience in Ladieswear Design with a supplier or retail side.
12. A genuine passion for ladieswear design, exceptional attention to detail, and a hunger to learn
13. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; familiarity with 3D tools (CLO 3D, Browzwear) is a plus
14. Strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to juggle multiple projects
