The Role
This is an excellent Learning & Development Advisor / Training Officer role seeking an experienced individual with a strong background in health & social care to support new and existing staff on ways of working within their care homes. As the successful Learning & Development Advisor / Training Officer, you will be based in Wiltshire and be required to support staff across the county, working on a hybrid-working model – 3 days in office / 2 days from home.

What’s Required?
The ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following:
* Prior experience within a similar Learning & Development Advisor / Training Officer role within health and social care
* A strong knowledge and background within health & social care, with experience in areas such as moving & handling, care planning & safeguarding
* A current driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential. It's a bonus if you have a current eDBS, though it isn’t essential as one can be obtained
