About The Role
Regal Drive is a 4-bed supported living service in Kettering providing care and support for adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues. Providing varying degrees of care and support depending on each individual's personalised care plan, our supported living service gives every person we support the opportunity to live an independent lifestyle and the chance to develop and practice independent living skills and live a life they love!
The individuals they support include Ben, who loves venturing to new places on the train and has been known to research Google maps to find a train station nearby and tell staff exactly where he wants to go. He loves visiting the arcades and shopping, and keeps places like JD Sports in business. He’s recently visited a zoo and suggested Regal Drive have their very own pet Penguin. Other individuals they support enjoy activities such as arts and crafts, scrapbooking, and painting. They celebrate each other’s birthdays with big parties and enjoy time outdoors. There’s also a keen bowler who takes regular trips to the bowling alley. At Regal Drive, every day is an adventure, where you will be supporting individuals to have as independent a life as possible, creating memories and fulfilling dreams.
As a Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing high-quality, enabling care. Every day brings new challenges and rewards, making this a truly fulfilling role. You'll be key in helping us achieve our goal of being the best in the field.
