Were looking for a hands-on Hospitality Venue Manager to oversee daily operations at a busy hospitality and events venue in Southport, leading service, events, and the team on shift.
Your Responsibilities Run day-to-day venue operations, including opening and closing
Manage bar and café service and support service during busy periods
Deliver live events, keeping them on schedule
Lead, support, and train staff
Manage stock, cash handling, and venue standards
Ensure licensing, health & safety, and procedures are followed
About You Have experience in hospitality, bar, café, or venue management
Are confident working in fast-paced service and events environments
Take a hands-on, organised, and calm approach
Communicate clearly and support your team effectively
Are reliable, proactive, and adaptable
Bonus (but not essential):
Experience in live events or performance venues
Personal Licence or knowledge of licensing laws
Food Hygiene certification
Working Pattern 25 hours per week
Evenings and weekends ( typically ThursdaySunday )
Out-of-hours working required to suit event schedules
