Performance Marketing (Data & Insights) Executive
Location: Cookham (Hybrid – 2 days office & 3 days from home)
Hours: 35 hours per week
We’re on the lookout for a curious, data-loving Data and Insights Executive to join our Performance Marketing team. If you enjoy digging into data, spotting patterns, and turning numbers into meaningful stories that actually drive results—this could be right up your street.
You’ll play a key role in helping us better understand our audiences, improve how we market to them, and ultimately boost performance across the full funnel—from first touch to conversion.
What you’ll be doing
Insights & reporting
* Build dashboards and reports that clearly show how our marketing is performing
* Analyse metrics like ROI, CAC, LTV and conversion rates—and turn them into practical recommendations
* Track audience behaviour and funnel performance to spot trends and opportunities
* Keep an eye on competitors and the wider market
* Support A/B testing and experimentation
* Help with forecasting and performance modelling
* Create and manage GDPR-compliant audience segments in our CRM
* Work with marketing teams to improve targeting, automation and remarketing
* Continuously refine segmentation to boost engagement and conversions
* Maintain high data quality and proper consent management
* Review tagging and tracking to keep everything accurate and scalable
* Provide insight-led ideas for creative and messaging tests
* Support paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, TikTok)
* Assist with SEO analysis and keyword performance
What we’re looking for
Must-haves:
* Experience with CRM systems and customer data platforms
* Strong analytical skills (GA4 and Looker Studio essential; Power BI a bonus)
* Ability to explain complex data in a simple, clear way
* Experience building audience segments based on behaviour and lifecycle
* Good understanding of marketing funnels and user journeys
* Knowledge of attribution, tagging and event tracking
* Experience creating dashboards or reporting frameworks
* Confidence working with large datasets and fixing data issues
Nice-to-haves:
* Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing
* SEO knowledge
* Experience with CRO, testing or landing page optimisation
