Due to continual expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer, our engineers provide servicing and maintenance on a number of different makes, models and types of dewatering and thickening equipment, varying in age, application and condition, this role will be predominantly working in the waste water industry covering areas based around East Anglia .Main purpose:Maximising the operating efficiency of machinery including maintenance & installation at customer sites in the UK.Key responsibilities and accountabilities:Your role may include, but will not be limited to:Proactive maintenance on mechanical equipmentReactive breakdown diagnostics and responseMechanical installations for the process industry including maintenance of centrifuge, drum thickener & bell press maintenanceCarrying out regular performance/health inspectionsMaintain a safe working environmentWork with others and contribute to effective working relationshipsResolve problems in a timely mannerPackage and company benefitsLife insurancePension contributionsStandard and Specialist PPE providedService VanCompany PhoneSpecialist toolingPersonal development opportunitiesTraining provided (training buddy)DesiredExperience of mechanical maintenanceConfined SpaceLevel 3 NVQ qualification or equivalentEssentialExperience of mechanical maintenanceMinimum or equivalent of 3 GCSEsAdaptable & flexibleProblem solverExcellent organisational skillsHighly motivated and a team playerTPBN1_UKTJ
