The Office Administrator will provide dedicated and detail-oriented support to the wider team, reporting to the Service Manager.


Responsibilities

* Collaborate with service and sales team members to coordinate servicing and maintenance for all customers.
* Efficiently administer service and hire related orders.
* Process service and hire requests and coordinate work for engineers/installers.
* Process service orders during and on completion of works.
* Complete work on the software system for invoicing purposes.
* Prepare activity reports for accountable accounts.
* Build strong, in-depth product knowledge to understand the features and benefits of products.
* Maintain and update the ERP database pre and post servicing to ensure data is processed correctly.
* Undertake any other duties as reasonably required by the role.
* Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Qualifications and Skills

* Experience in an office administration or customer service capacity, with the ability to communicate confidently in person and via telephone/email, and to build strong internal and external relationships.
* Passion for providing solutions, motivation to achieve targets, and attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to work on own initiative; willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
* Experience with ERP systems is preferred; previous experience in NHS, care home, or healthcare sectors is advantageous.
