What You'll Do
* Lead by example in maintaining the highest standards of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance
* Support and develop engineers and specialist contractors, helping them grow their skills and capabilities
* Oversee the delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance, ensuring quality workmanship and great customer experience
* Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and provide practical, cost‑effective technical solutions
* Manage day‑to‑day team performance, conduct and attendance, with support from HR where needed
* Stay up to date with legislation and ensure company-wide compliance
* Identify training needs (including CORGI, NICEIC, HV) and help maintain technical excellence
* Represent the engineering function when working with client technical teams and external agencies
What We're Looking For
* A technically qualified engineer (HNC/ONC or equivalent) in HVAC or dual‑trade
* Strong technical background in a similar engineering environment
* Previous supervisory experience (preferred)
* Confident people leader with excellent communication skills
* Someone who takes pride in delivering safe, compliant, high‑quality work
