Role Title: Oracle DBA

Location: Wokingham Hybrid - 60 Remote / 40 Office

Duration: 6 Months via Umbrella

Rate: £440p/d via Umbrella

Clearance: Must Hold Active SC Clearance

Job Purpose

Provide database support for Oracle and SQL Server databases within the CNI Infrastructure estate.

Experience Required

1. Oracle 12-19C Database Administration
2. Oracle 12-19C RAC Administration
3. Oracle ASM
4. Oracle RMAN
5. Oracle GoldenGate
6. UNIX experience, to include basic administration and KSH shell scripting
7. Oracle Enterprise Manager
8. MS SQL Server
9. ITIL (equivalent, or experience working in an environment with Change/Release Management processes).
10. Strong skills in verbal and written communication including the writing and reviewing of technical

Desired Experience

11. Proven customer facing experience in an IT service role
12. Proven methodical and positive approach to problem solving
13. Experience of working effectively as an individually, or as part of a highly motivated small to medium sized teams in an
14. Infrastructure/Application ITIL based support environment
15. Experience of supporting business critical real-time systems, ensuring high levels of availability through your direct
16. actions.
17. Demonstration of accountability to see issues through to successful resolutions.
18. Experience of working a 2nd line Out Of Hours support rota, site attendance may be required.
