Product Governance Analyst opportunity working with a rapidly growing specialty insurer operating within the Lloyd’s market. You will support the oversight and governance of products throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, fair customer outcomes, and effective product performance monitoring.
About the role:
* Support the delivery of the Product Governance Framework
* Assist with conduct risk and fair value assessments, product reviews, and the escalation of governance issues and recommendations
* Coordinate governance forums and committees, maintaining documentation, action tracking, and audit support
* Analyse MI and contribute to reporting and dashboards to monitor product performance and customer outcomes
* Collaborate with stakeholders to embed product governance, conduct risk, and regulatory requirements across the business
About you:
* Solid understanding of customer outcomes/ conduct risk/ product governance within the insurance industry
