Graduate Program - Teacher Of Graphic Design (Part Time - Fixed Term till 09 July 2027) PLEASE APPLY AT THE FOLLOWING LINK - APPLY FOR THIS ROLE HERE ROLE DESCRIPTION This is an exciting opportunity to for a recent graduate to train and teach A-level Graphic Design in a highly successful, academic sixth form college. We are looking for an inspirational graduate who will inspire a passion for Graphic Design in our motivated and highly engaged students. In addition to this, you may have the opportunity to also experience other Creative Arts A Level subjects throughout your training and teaching. This is an exciting opportunity for those who want to focus on A Level practice, or are interested in a career in teaching, in an environment dedicated to academic achievement. This is an opportunity for an individual who would work well as part of a highly motivated team, with high expectations for students and support students' studying Graphic Design at NSFC to consistently achieve results in the top 25% nationally for student progress. If you have high expectations of yourself and think teaching may be the career for you, we'd love to hear from you. The successful applicant will be joining an established team who work collaboratively with shared planning and have strong examining experience. Alongside this role, you would have the opportunity to complete your PGCE teaching qualification, which would be supported through NCG. Newcastle Sixth Form College is the largest provider of A Levels in Newcastle-upon-Tyne with approximately 1250 students on a full-time academic programme. At Newcastle Sixth Form College we want to enable teachers to be their best; our standard full-time teacher is responsible for four blocks of subject teaching (20 hours) and an hour of enrichment per week. In addition to this we offer pay, terms and conditions commensurate with schools and sixth form colleges.
