Job Title: KS3 Outreach Tutor Location: East of England, Essex, Brightlingsea Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Deliver engaging and interactive KS3 English and Maths lessons to students Provide individualised support to students to enhance their understanding and performance Create and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students Monitor and assess student progress regularly to adjust teaching strategies accordingly Collaborate with school staff and parents/guardians to ensure student success Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience in teaching KS3 English and Maths Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire students Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: At least 2 years of teaching experience in KS3 English and Maths Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the KS3 curriculum Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners Proficiency in using educational technology Organisational and time management skills Working Conditions: This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis in a learners home setting.
