We are hiring an Account Director to help lead client relationships, drive commercial growth and set the standard for how we work with brands.


The Role

As Account Director, you will be the senior day to day lead on a portfolio of key accounts. You will sit at the intersection of client leadership, commercial performance and delivery excellence.

This is a hands on role. You will be trusted to own relationships, guide strategy, manage teams and spot growth opportunities without needing layers of approval.

You will work closely with the senior team across strategy, creative, paid media and production teams across London and Dublin.


Key Responsibilities

• Own senior client relationships and be the main point of contact for key stakeholders

• Lead account strategy across always on, campaigns and content programmes

• Drive commercial performance across your accounts including forecasting, margin control and growth

• Brief and guide creative and strategy teams to deliver work that is social first and culturally relevant

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard

• Lead and mentor Account Managers and Account Executives

• Play an active role in pitches, proposals and new business where required

• Help shape how Simply Social operates in the market, raising standards and improving processes


What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager ready to step up, ideally within a social, digital or integrated agency

• Strong understanding of social platforms, content models and creator led work

• Commercially minded with experience owning revenue targets and margins

• Confident leading senior clients and handling complex stakeholder relationships

• Calm under pressure, organised and solutions focused

• Comfortable working in a fast moving, entrepreneurial agency environment

Hybrid role based in Victoria London
