We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, energetic highly motivated and organised individual for our junior football programme based in Little Harwood, Blackburn and potential surrounding areas .
Our classes; Tiny Tekkers, and junior ASC football programme range from 18 months to 18 years old with a seniors youth development squad participating in a local laegue too.
* The role requires you to lead or assist groups of young children, volunteers and coaches in various coaching and development activities, with fun and participation being the key theme
* FA Level 2 coaching qualification minimum is preferred with a future view to progress on to UEFA B
* DBS certificate is essential
* Full UK driving licence preferred
* An understanding of Health and safety procedures are essential.
* Scope to grow the club and it's programme through professional marketing and solid brand reputation
* Tailor a coaching development plan and pathways working closely with the team
* Ability to recruit and develop new and existing coaches
* Create a solid and professional coaching curriculum in line with our coaching philosophy
* Manage buildings and schools we use, being the main point of contact and responsible professional for all enquiries
