Our client based on the outskirts of Guildford are seeking a Customer Service Support Manager- to join their close-knit team. The successful candidate should have a great team-working ethic and be prepared to work in a hands-on environment working for some big-name customers! Key Responsibilities: * Customer liaison by phone and email – providing quotations and product advice * Assisting the warehouse with orders when needed * Sales & marketing material preparation e.g. catalogues and price lists * Chasing up samples supplied to customers to get feedback and aid sales * Website product maintenance * Exploration of new sales avenues and markets * Data processing on the CRM to ensure the maintenance and correction of client, supplier and product data * Uploading invoices of the system * Attendance at shows and exhibitions where necessary Experience and Skills Requirements: * Flexibility – supporting other members of the team when necessary * Excellent MS Word & Excel skills * Solid numeracy skills required for product preparation, stock check and quotations * Accuracy and attention to detail * Enthusiastic and versatile * Excellent telephone manner * High standards of customer service If you have not been contacted within 5 working days, then unfortunately on this occasion your CV has not been shortlisted...
