Remote Residential Conveyancer Position
A reputable, family-owned firm is seeking a Remote Based Residential Conveyancer to join their friendly, growing team. The firm prides itself on outstanding service, expertise, and a human touch.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Manage your own caseload of Sale & Purchase residential conveyancing files.
* Work with a dedicated Conveyancing Assistant and support teams for Client Onboarding, Post Exchange, and Post Completion.
* Utilize a customized Visual Files Case Management system to automate routine tasks.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years (ideally 5+ years) experience in residential conveyancing, managing both Freehold and Leasehold cases.
* Good character and strong values.
* Proven excellent client service skills.
* Experience with Case Management systems is preferred.
