Job Description
In this role you will undertake cleaning operations at a given location. You will organise and plan routine tasks to ensure sites are cleaned to the required standard and cover for other sites as necessary. The cleaning services function ensures that the offices, toilets, changing rooms, shower rooms, kitchens, public areas, meeting and conference rooms and all other working areas, furniture, equipment and floor spaces are maintained to a high level of general cleanliness and remain presentable and fit for their intended purpose.
Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning duties in accordance with the organisational cleaning policy.
* Plan, schedule and execute routine tasks at designated locations.
* Cover for other locations within your area when required.
* Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations (e.g., COSHH).
Skills and Experience
* Industrial/Commercial cleaning work history or equivalent.
* Experience in working to specifications.
* BIC trained or willing to work towards a qualification.
* Chemical identification (COSHH) trained or willing to work towards a qualification.
* Willing to work unsociable hours as required.
* Good communication skills, both written and oral.
