* Supervise and support fibre installation teams on a daily basis
* Carry out compliance, quality, and health & safety audits
* Allocate jobs and manage workloads to meet delivery targets
* Complete administrative tasks including reporting and documentation
* Liaise with clients to ensure KPIs, SLAs, and project targets are achieved
* Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently
* Promote and maintain a strong safety-first and quality-driven culture
