Your Role As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and specialist professionals to provide high-quality support for pupils with a range of additional needs. Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils Supporting learning, communication, and emotional development Encouraging independence and celebrating achievements Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment Supporting personal care and mobility needs where required (full training provided) Contributing to a positive school culture where every child feels valued, respected, and supported Knowledge of sensory approaches, communication strategies, or SEND interventions would be advantageous, but full training and ongoing support will be provided.
