Senior Clinical Psychologist (Part-Time, 21 Hours per Week)

💰 Salary: Band 8 – £55,690 to £62,682 per annum (DOE)

Are you an experienced Clinical Psychologist looking to make a real impact in neurorehabilitation? We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate professional for one of our client to join a dedicated multi-disciplinary team supporting adults with acquired brain injuries.


The Role

As a Senior Clinical Psychologist, you’ll play a key role in delivering specialist psychological and neuropsychological assessments, interventions, and formulations to support individuals on their rehabilitation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide specialist psychological and neuropsychological assessments for adults with acquired brain injuries.
* Lead collaborative, holistic formulations and develop SMART rehabilitation goals.
* Deliver tailored therapeutic and rehabilitation interventions (individual, family, group).
* Offer expert psychological input into multidisciplinary team meetings and care planning.
* Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and guidance to colleagues and families.
* Contribute to research, data collection, and continuous service improvement.
* Participate in an on-call rota and maintain high professional standards in all practice.


About You

You’re a confident, HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist who combines technical expertise with empathy and teamwork. You’ll bring:

* Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (BPS-accredited) or equivalent qualification.
* Registration with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist.
* Experience working with adults affected by acquired brain injuries.
* Strong understanding of neuropsychology, neuroanatomy, and rehabilitation models.
* At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience in a relevant clinical setting.
* Ability to work effectively within a multi/interdisciplinary team environment.
* Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
