Description:
Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for Electricians, for a well esablished Housing Assoissiation.
While this role is based in Norwich, you will be required to travel through out Norfolk and North Suffolk, with the main locations being King's Lynn and Dereham.
The purpose of this role is to ensure responsive and void electrical repairs are carried out effectively, support with any planned Electrical installation work, ensure electrical compliance levels are maintained.
The successful candidate will have the following:
City and Guilds 5357 / City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
City and Guilds 2360 – Part 1 and Part 2 or City and Guilds 2330 Level 2 and Level 3
C&G 2357 & AM2 or C&G 5357 with AM2
As well as:
City and Guilds or equivalent 2382 (18th Edition of the Wiring Regulations).
City and Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing or equivalent qualification.
A Driving Licence as travel throughout Norfolk and North Suffolk will be required.
Experience of working in Property Maintenance
Good IT skills

This is a permanent full time role, offering 40 hours per week.
Annual salary is starting from £37,534 with opportunities to progress to £43,530
