Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
Work schedule: You will be required to work a flexible schedule, including on-call responsibilities as part of a rota pattern.

Prior’s Court is a registered charity providing education and residential care for autistic young people with complex needs and learning disabilities, aged 5-25. Located on a 50-acre site in Berkshire, we offer bespoke facilities to support young people's health, happiness, independence, and access to work opportunities.
Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager, holding the Registered Manager title, to lead our Care team and ensure high-quality outcomes for young people in a safe and supportive environment. You will manage 12 Ofsted-registered Children's Homes, with multiple houses on one site, all with access to learning and leisure facilities across the main site.
Our Children's Home currently has an Ofsted rating of 'Good'.
Please note: A full UK driving licence is preferred due to our location.
As Operations Manager (Registered Manager), you will lead residential care services, oversee staff, casework, risk management, and safeguarding policies, and work closely with the Executive team and Director of Care to meet Ofsted requirements and regulatory standards. Your leadership will drive strategic goals to provide optimal care, support, and educational opportunities for young people.
Qualifications & Experience
* Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent (required)
* Minimum of 3 years’ management experience, preferably within a care setting
* Registered Manager experience with Ofsted is essential
* Strong background in caring for autistic young people with complex needs and learning disabilities
* Training in safeguarding vulnerable children and adults, with experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
