Your new role
* Provide one-on-one and group support to students with special educational needs.
* Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Support classroom teachers in managing student behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.
* Help with the preparation of learning materials and resources.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere for all students.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience working with children with special educational needs.
* A patient and empathetic approach to working with students.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
* Relevant qualifications or training in special education (desirable but not essential).
