Responsibilities and Candidate Requirements:
* You must have experience of teaching within the last 5 years in the teaching industry and hold a QTS, PGCE or ECT.

* Be someone who can always engage and enthuse pupils in learning.
* Understand the importance of assessment, feedback, and differentiation.
* Have great resilience, determination, and uphold our school values.

* Have experience of successful subject leadership and vision for driving standards forwards.
