Licensed Conveyancer | Ilkley | Opportunity to lead and develop a team |
Sacco Mann is recruiting for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to manage a caseload of residential property matters while making a strong contribution to the growth and success of the team. Joining this leading law firm, you’ll supervise and mentor support staff, ensure high-quality work across all files, and drive business development opportunities.
You’ll also play a key role in shaping processes and introducing improvements that enhance client service and operational efficiency.
The practice would also be open to hearing about a small team move (Team Leader, Fee Earner & Assistant or Team Leader & Assistant)
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all residential conveyancing matters efficiently, keeping clients informed and maintaining high standards of care.
* Supervise, support, and mentor team members, encouraging professional development.
* Actively contribute to the promotion and development of the department and its services working with local referrers.
Skills & Experience
* Qualified Licensed Conveyancer with proven experience handling residential sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
* Strong mentoring, team management, and people development skills.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable manner with clients and colleagues.
* Highly organised with strong IT skills and case management competence.
* Ability to work independently while contributing to team and departmental goals.
