2. Draft and review employment and compensation-related agreements.
3. Collaborate with clients to design and implement compensation plans and employee benefit programs.
4. Advise on tax implications related to executive compensation and benefits.
5. Work on matters related to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
6. Research and analyze complex legal issues and provide actionable insights.
7. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the professional services industry.
8. Support clients in audits and disputes related to compensation and benefits.
