Responsibilities
* Support individual pupils or small groups with learning activities, under the supervision of the class teacher.
* Adapt and differentiate classroom materials to meet the needs of pupils with SEN.
* Support the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs), behaviour plans, and other specialised learning strategies.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, reporting any concerns or achievements to teaching staff and SENCO.
* Promote positive behaviour, independence, and inclusion within the classroom and during school activities.
* Assist pupils with personal care and mobility, where required, with dignity and respect.
* Liaise effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals (speech and language therapists, educational psychologists).
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding and child protection procedures.
