Gilt Bingham has been part of Great Northern Group from 2019 and since then has established itself as one of the best independent eateries in the area. Due to ever increasing demand and large volumes of custom, we are looking for a professional and passionate Sous Chef to integrate into our already established kitchen team and help support our Head Chef. Duties and responsibilities for a successful candidate include:
* Running shifts/heading the team
* Working closely with the Head Chef
* Maintaining a high level of cleanliness
* Due Diligence
-Full knowledge and training in allergens
-Working with and preparing fresh produce
* Menu Development/Creation
