Little visibility within the business.This role is different.A well-established boutique financial planning business based just outside Edinburgh is seeking a Paraplanner / Client Relationship Manager to support a Senior Financial Adviser within a close-knit and highly professional environment.Established for over 20 years, the business focuses on genuine lifestyle financial planning, long-term client relationships and cash flow modelling rather than transactional product sales.This is a true advice business withno significant reliance upon constant new business generation or sales-driven activity.You will work alongside a collaborative support structure comprising of:Chartered Managing DirectorSenior Chartered Financial AdviserOperations ManagerClient ManagerExternal paraplanning supportThis is not a siloed paraplanning role where you simply write reports and disappear into the background.You will become part of the wider client journey through:Suitability report writingAdviser supportClient relationship managementTechnical administrationMeeting preparationOngoing servicing supportProvider and platform liaisonExternal paraplanning support is already utilised for highly technical or overflow work, therefore, the business is open-minded regarding the seniority of report writing experience.You will, however, be comfortable within a lifestyle financial planning environment and understand the value of holistic advice and cash flow modelling.?????? ????????????????????We are ideally seeking somebody who is:Diploma qualified Chartered would be nice or working towardsExperienced within financial planning or wealth managementComfortable supporting advisers and clients directlyOrganised, proactive and personableTechnically capable whilst remaining client-friendlyCalm under pressure with strong attention to detailSeeking a long-term role within a boutique planning firmThis role may suit:A paraplanner seeking broader involvement within a businessA client manager with technical capabilityA financial planning administrator looking to progress technicallySomebody who enjoys combining technical work with client relationshipsAlthough this is not a trainee adviser role, the successful individual will be supported towards Chartered status, which is viewed internally as a prerequisite to becoming an adviser within the firm.For somebody ambitious and relationship-led, this creates a genuine long-term career path within an established and highly respected advice business.??????????????
